Support in court-appointed expert proceedings

We assist a party and its lawyer in court-appointed expert proceedings concerning an electrical asset, with analysis, technical notes and responses to submissions (dires).

An electrical dispute generally turns on precise physical mechanisms, such as switching overvoltages, partial discharge, a joint failure, coordination between work packages or settings. The court-appointed expert is often an electrical generalist, and the mechanism has to be presented to them clearly, quantified and verifiable.

We write short, referenced notes with reproducible calculations. They are written to be read by the expert, by the lawyer and by the opposing party, who will look for the flaw.

We also step in before any dispute. A failure analysis carried out early, while the evidence and the records still exist, often avoids proceedings or helps to prepare for them better.
